IN 2020, WE WERE INSPIRED TO START DAILYCREATIVE AFTER PERSONALLY EXPERIENCING THE MENTAL BENEFITS OF A VIRTUAL ART CLASS DURING THE PANDEMIC. WE WANT TO SHARE THE COGNITIVE AND MENTAL HEALTH BENEFITS THROUGH THE FIRST DIGITAL PLATFORM FOR CREATIVITY, INCLUDING OUR book daily creative: the 5-minute habit to rewire your brain, which will be in a bookstore near you in early 2026. we believe in the THE SCIENCE BEHIND THE MANY BENEFITS OF CREATIVITY AND in building AN INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY FOCUSED ON CELEBRATING CREATIVITY.

SHE IS AN AWARD-WINNING ACCESSORIES DESIGNER, CO-FOUNDER AND FORMER CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER OF STELLA & DOT. HER DESIGNS HAVE BEEN WORN BY AN ARRAY OF INSPIRING WOMEN INCLUDING RUTH BADER GINSBERG AND KATY PERRY; SHE HAS BEEN FEATURED IN FRENCH VOGUE, ELLE, AND THE TODAY SHOW; AND IS THE RECIPIENT OF THE FASHION GROUP INTERNATIONAL RISING STAR AWARD IN ACCESSORIES, AN ACE AWARD FOR RETAIL INNOVATION, AND THE PRESTIGIOUS DRAPERS AWARD IN LONDON. HER YEARS AS A CREATIVE LEADER AND EXECUTIVE LED HER TO EXPLORE THE BOUNDARIES OF HER OWN CREATIVITY DURING THE PANDEMIC, INSPIRING HER TO CREATE SHORT CREATIVE 'ACTIVATIONS' FOR HER KIDS AFTER SEEING THEM STRUGGLE WITH ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION IN LOCK DOWN. SHE WORKED WITH JAMES DE GIVENCHY OF TAFFIN AND AT MARTHA STEWART LIVING OMNIMEDIA BEFORE TAKING A LEAP TO LAUNCH HER NAMESAKE BRAND OF HANDMADE JEWELRY & DESIGNS THAT WERE FEATURED IN AMERICAN VOGUE AND CHOSEN BY CURATORS FOR A SHOW OF EMERGING ARTISTS AT THE MUSEUM OF ART & DESIGN IN NEW YORK. SHE HAS TAUGHT AT PARSONS SCHOOL OF DESIGN AFFILIATE IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, WORKED AS AN ART DIRECTOR AND BRAND CONSULTANT, AND ENROLLED IN ART SCHOOL WHILE RAISING HER TWO BOYS IN NYC. IN 2020, THEY SET OUT ON A FAMILY TRIP OF A LIFETIME TO JAPAN, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND, WHICH WAS CUT SHORT BY THE PANDEMIC. IN LOCK DOWN SHE TOOK A VIRTUAL PAINTING CLASS, AND INSPIRED BY THE BENEFITS OF IMMERSING HERSELF IN PURE CREATIVE PLAY, DECIDED TO JOIN BLYTHE'S MISSION TO START A MOVEMENT PROMOTING CREATIVITY AS AN IMPACTFUL WELLNESS PRACTICE.
