Congratulations! For two weeks you have challenged yourself by practicing, exploring, stretching, disrupting and activating your creativity! You have synthesized what you have accomplished and integrated your discoveries. Creativity is organic and the more you activate it, the more it increases in all areas of your life. As Maya Angelou said, "You can't use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have." Take notice of how your work through this pathway has emerged in other areas of your life. We challenge you today to choose one of your favorite exercises and try it again. See how the process has evolved with the benefit of having completed the full pathway.
Pick your favorite exercise from the list below (links to exercises as the bottom of this page) . Tackle it while keeping the discoveries from the past two days in mind. Look at your mood board and review your inspiration and discovery lists before starting.
stream-of-consciousness writing
three dot drawing
noticing or color walk
nature collage
Black-out poetry

When you are done, compare it to the first time you tried the exercise. Make note and appreciate how you have evolved even in this short period. Your creativity is unique and authentically you! Congratulations on devoting the time to your own personal development and exercising your creative brain. Having experienced the benefits, we encourage you to continue to devote a a little time to your creativity on a daily basis.
